Sample

We send board decors and hardware samples so your workshop handles the product before any money moves. A like for like quote follows within days.

Order

You confirm the order, it goes onto the factory schedule, and you get a confirmed production and shipping timeline in writing.

Supply

The order ships to Ireland and is delivered to your workshop. Your account manager tracks it the whole way and handles anything that comes up.

Lead times

Plan on around 12 weeks from order to delivery in Ireland, across product lines. That figure is approximate: your order confirmation carries the committed schedule in writing. Repeat orders of standard board and hardware can be scheduled so your stock arrives on a rolling cycle rather than as one off waits.

No minimum order

Factory direct offers usually come with container minimums attached. Ours does not. There is no minimum order quantity on any line: if the right first order is a single drawer, we ship a single drawer. Start at the size that lets you judge the product, and scale when the numbers convince you.

Freight, customs and paperwork

Orders ship by sea to Ireland, and shipping and customs into Ireland are handled for you. Every order includes the documentation an Irish importer needs: commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes per line, and product certification. We put the duty position of every product line in writing before your first order, so there are no surprises at clearance.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed when the account opens and stated on every order confirmation. Euro pricing throughout.

The accountability promise
